The trolley utilizes an electric wheelchair ramp and has enough room to accommodate two onboard wheelchairs. It also has a kneeling function to allow for easier loading and unloading of passengers.

For private rentals, a full refund is available if the cancellation is made at least 60 days or longer from your rental date. If your cancellation is made within 60 days of the rental date, but still more than 30 days out, a 50% refund is available. Cancellations within 30 days of the rental date are non-refundable.

Yes, children of all ages are allowed on the trolley. However, riders should be advised that there are no seat belts or car seats available onboard.

Service Dogs, as defined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted on the trolley. (Please note that therapy dogs and emotional support dogs do not qualify as Service Dogs.)

In addition to Service Dogs, pets weighing under 25 pounds are welcome on the Historic Tour, provided they are leashed and remain in the owner’s lap during the tour. Pets must be current on rabies and other vaccinations and must be ‘stranger’ and ‘other-dog’ friendly.

Yes, according to Ky. Rev. Stat. §189.530, passengers may consume alcoholic beverages while onboard the trolley.

Yes. The trolley is fully enclosed and features air conditioning and heating options.

Yes, but for safety reasons, strollers and walkers are only allowed onboard if they can be folded or otherwise stored in order to keep the aisle clear.
