• Access 9:00 a.m. until midnight Friday-Sunday
• All indoor tables and chairs, including set up and breakdown
• The Grand L&N Lobby, Meeting Room, Kitchenette and Front Patio
• Packages for 1-day events are also available for $3,495 plus a $200 Refundable Security Deposit
• Packages for 2-day events are also available for $3,895 plus a $200 Refundable Security Deposit (rehearsal dinner + reception)
• Packages for 3-day events are also available for $4,295 plus a $200 Refundable Security Deposit.
• 4-hour pre-setup available for $400
• Would you like to utilize our Front Lawn or Outside Field as well during your wedding? Available at rates starting from $895-$1,495 plus a $200 Refundable Security Deposit
• Ask about our preferred decorating and catering partners!

• A four hour rental
• All indoor tables and chairs, including set up and breakdown
• Choose from our Grand L&N Lobby, Meeting Room and Kitchenette or Dining Car. The Grand Lobby and Meeting Room are also available to be rented together.
• Depending on time desired and day of the week,  pricing ranges from $350-$1,275 plus 
•  a refundable security deposit of $50-100
