It’s that time of year again, UnSeen BG Tours are returning this fall with two incredible experiences that bring Bowling Green’s history and mystery to life! Tickets are always in high demand, so be sure to mark your calendar for our release dates.
With a new season comes NEW AND EXCITING NEWS! We are so thrilled to announce that we have a NEW Theatrical Director joining us: Tara Moriarty! Let us all welcome her to this new 2026 fall season! Here is a quick note from our new Director!
Tara looks forward to stepping into the role of Theatrical Director of UnSeen BG. “I can’t wait to explore and honor the history of the town I’ve lived in for so long,” says Tara. “I understand the responsibility that comes with a position like this, and I am honored to be a part of the UnSeen BG family. See you on the tour!”
This Fall’s Tours
New: Little Chicago – High-profile crimes that wreaked havoc in the 60’s and 70’s and Bowling Green became known for crime, so it was nicknamed “Little Chicago.” Based on Wes Swietek’s book “When the Bluegrass Ran RED.” Check-in for the tour begins at 6:30pm, with the tour beginning at 7:00pm.
Dates that will be led by Wes Swietek (author of When The Bluegrass Ran RED) : September: 25. October: 2 – Wes’s tour will meet at The Historic RailPark & Train Museum.
Dates that will be led by Tara Moriarty, Theatrical Director: September: 18, 19. October: 3,8,9,10,16,17,23,24,30,31 – Tara’s tour will meet in front of Mill House Coffee.
Returning Favorite: Pauline Tabor – XXX TOUR – Back again this year and offers something a little more fun for adults 21 and over only. You’ll hear the tales of the world-famous madam, Pauline Tabor, as you stroll through downtown Bowling Green and visit a few local bars. The tour will meet at Hickory & Oak. Check-in for the tour begins at 6:30pm, with the tour beginning at 7:00pm. Dates: September: 22,24,28. October: 1,13,15,20,22,27,29
Walking Distance: Approximately 1.5 miles, intervals with stops
The Pauline tour is for **adults 21 and over only**
The Little Chicago tour is recommended for **adults 18 and over**
